Counselling and Psychotherapy for Adults, Couples and Families
Welcome,
I’m Julie, I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, TA Psychotherapy Practitioner and Couples & Relationship Therapist.
Life isn’t always easy and sometimes, trying to hold everything together becomes too much on your own. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, feeling lost after a loss, stuck in patterns that keep repeating, or navigating a relationship in crisis you’re not alone. I’m here to help.
I offer Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapy and Counselling in a warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and families who want something to change. TA gives us a shared language to make sense of things like emotions, communication styles, and recurring patterns that show up in your life.
I offer therapy from my private practice in Kirriemuir both indoors and outdoors along with online sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.
I truly believe that no two people are the same, which is why I take the time to get to know you and what you need from therapy. Whether you’re coming on your own or in a relationship, we’ll work together in a way that feels right for you.
If you’re ready to explore how therapy could help, or just want to ask a few questions please feel free to get in touch. You can book a free consultation, or send me a message to find out more.
"Providing a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space helping individuals and couples overcome challenges."
